• The item must be returned in its original or similar protective packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following product categories cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Custom Orders: Items created specifically according to your individual requirements (size, color, design).
• Digital Products (PDF Patterns).

Return and Refund Process

2. Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for paying all shipping costs for the return. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
3. Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you. The refund will be processed within 14 calendar days to the original method of payment used during the purchase.
4. Exchanges: We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please process a return for a refund, and then place a new order.

Due to the nature of digital content and the inability to control file downloads:

• All sales of digital products (PDF patterns) are final.
• Returns or cancellations for digital purchases are not possible.
• Please ensure you have carefully read the pattern description before purchasing.
