1. Returns for Physical Goods (Doilies, Backpacks, etc.)
Return Period
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to notify us of your intent to return it and to dispatch the item back to us.
Conditions for Return
For a successful return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and show no signs of wear or damage.
- The item must be returned in its original or similar protective packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following product categories cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom Orders: Items created specifically according to your individual requirements (size, color, design).
- Digital Products (PDF Patterns).
Return and Refund Process
- Notification: First, please contact us via email [Your Email: [email protected]] or through the website form to notify us of the return.
- Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for paying all shipping costs for the return. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you. The refund will be processed within 14 calendar days to the original method of payment used during the purchase.
- Exchanges: We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please process a return for a refund, and then place a new order.
2. Returns for Digital Products (PDF Patterns)
Due to the nature of digital content and the inability to control file downloads:
- All sales of digital products (PDF patterns) are final.
- Returns or cancellations for digital purchases are not possible.
- Please ensure you have carefully read the pattern description before purchasing.
