General & Ordering

Where is your shop located?We operate online from Prague, Czechia, and ship our products worldwide.
Can I modify or cancel my order?Please contact us as soon as possible. We can modify or cancel an order before it has been dispatched. Once the order has shipped, it can only be returned according to our return policy.

Payments & Security

What payment methods do you accept?We accept payments via Stripe (for credit/debit cards like Visa, Mastercard) and PayPal.
Is my payment data secure?Yes. All transactions are processed through the secure servers of Stripe and PayPal using SSL encryption. We do not store your credit card information.
Will I be charged currency conversion fees?If your card is linked to a currency other than the Euro (€), your bank may charge a small conversion fee. These fees are set by your bank, and we have no control over them.

Shipping & Delivery Times

What is the shipping cost?Shipping for all physical goods is free worldwide.

➡️ Custom Order (Made-to-Order): 2–4 weeks.
These timelines do not include the transit time for delivery itself.
How are items shipped?We use the Czech Post (Česká pošta), sending all parcels via registered mail with a tracking number.
Who pays customs duties and taxes?All customs duties, VAT, and import taxes levied upon delivery in non-EU countries are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns, Exchanges & Digital Products

Can I return a physical item?Yes. You have 30 calendar days from the receipt date to return the item. The item must be unused and in its original condition.
Who pays for return shipping?The cost for return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
Can I return a PDF pattern?No. All sales of digital products (PDF patterns) are final and are non-refundable due to the inability to control the download status.
What if I want to exchange an item?We do not offer direct exchanges. You must process a return for a refund and then place a new order for the desired item.
Are custom-made items returnable?No. Items made specifically to your individual requirements are non-returnable.
