1. Shipping Cost and Method
- Worldwide Shipping: FREE
- We ship all physical goods via Czech Post (ฤeskรก poลกta), using registered mail with a tracking number. You will always be able to monitor the location of your order.
2. Order Processing Time
Order processing begins after full payment is received and depends on product availability:

- Note: The order processing time does not include the shipping transit time, which is dependent on the postal service.
3. Estimated Delivery Times (After Dispatch)
Delivery time depends on the postal service and the destination country. While we cannot guarantee exact dates, you can use the following estimates, starting from the moment the order is shipped:
- Czechia: Typically 1โ3 business days.
- Europe (EU): Typically 5โ14 business days.
- Rest of the World (USA, Canada, etc.): Typically 2โ4 weeks.
4. Duty and Customs
As your order is shipped from the European Union, local customs duties, import taxes (VAT), or handling fees may be applied upon receipt in countries outside the EU.
- Buyer’s Responsibility: All local taxes, duties, and fees levied upon delivery to your country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
